What Happens After You Submit Your Request?

We Review Your Information

We review your vehicle information, symptoms, diagnostic codes, photos, and any reports you provide.

We Contact You

We may ask additional questions and determine whether the problem appears to involve the hybrid battery or a related hybrid system component within our service scope.

Diagnostic Is Scheduled

When further testing is appropriate, we arrange a mobile diagnostic appointment and evaluate the vehicle using professional diagnostic equipment and live battery data.

You Receive Your Options

Based on the findings, we explain the results and discuss appropriate options, which may include battery repair, reconditioning, replacement, or referral for issues outside our specialty.

Diagnose First. Repair What Actually Needs Repair.

A hybrid system warning does not automatically mean the high-voltage battery needs to be replaced.

Fault codes, battery voltage behavior, module balance, internal resistance, state of charge, temperature data, wiring, safety circuits, and related hybrid components may all need to be evaluated before determining the actual cause.

Our goal is to identify the problem first and recommend the most practical solution based on the diagnostic findings.
