“Jay, the hybrid battery expert, was prompt, highly knowledgeable, honest and easy to communicate. I called him on a Saturday. He finished his job and swing by to check my hybrid Sonata Battery. Actually 3 months back the Hyundai dealer had told me to replace the hybrid battery which would have cost me $12,000 approx. The car likely wouldn’t sell for more than 6000. However since other than some signs that appeared on the dadh to check the hybrid system, from time to time, it was a reliable car. Jay came, checked and found the battery to be 95% good and suggested no need for a hybrid replacement. Next time if there is a hybrid issue, I’ll first call him and also recommend my friends to him. His charge could have not been beaten by anyone else. 5*”
